Could this natural-gothic mashup be any better?! When I found out that my Lovejoy HS senior, Gray, wanted me to do her senior pictures, I was stoked! I already knew I loved her style, and that she always remained true-to-self. (I always, always, hope that every client shows up as the truest version of themself.) We started with a simple college tee and jeans - straying from the more common trend of cowboy boots or sneakers and going straight for the black combat boots! Then she opted for 3 dresses that showed off her personality and style, my favorite of which was the black one! I love that we had an overcast day, as it gave a little extra dreariness to this gothic-esque theme. And, Gray’s choice of Grapevine Lake was perfect, in that we had water, a rocky shoreline, and a massive open field to work with. Never ever be afraid to combine an edgy style to a natural setting!
